
Keenan Wolens has worked at Amir Development Co. since 1991 and is in charge of all day-to-day activities of the Company. His responsibilities include acquisitions, obtaining financing, supervising the leasing and management of the portfolio. From 1987 to 1991 Mr. Wolens was a Vice President at Columbia Savings and Loan Association, responsible for investment portfolio restructurings and researching specific areas of the portfolio. From 1983 to 1987 Mr. Wolens was an investment analyst at Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. Mr. Wolens currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Ziman Center for Real Estate at the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, as a Trustee of the Jewish Foundation of Los Angeles, as a member of the National Council of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), the Board of Directors of American Jewish University, where he is a member of AJU’s Executive Committee and the Advisory Board of the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies. He is also a member of the Parent & Family Leadership Council at the University of Michigan and is involved with the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles and Israel Museum in Jerusalem. Mr. Wolens holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Texas in Austin.
