Olam Tomato Processors Inc leased 298k sf of space at 1400 Churchill Downs Ave in Woodland, about 20 miles northwest of downtown Sacramento. Olam, a leading global supply chain manager and processor of agricultural products and food ingredients, will be consolidating and expanding from its existing 200k sf of warehouse space situated in three separate buildings at another Woodland locale.
Olam’s new space is part of a much larger 596k sf industrial facility in an industrial park that offers easy access to rail service, which will help support the firm’s processing and canning operation 40 miles to the north in the city of Williams. Olam’s new space will also allow for future expansion.
The building is owned and operated by Amir Development. Amir was represented in the transaction by Todd Sanfilippo of CB Richard Ellis.
